Marketing
& Events Officer
to deliver impactful campaigns and exceptional visitor experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase visits and revenue for the park and campsite.
Manage websites and social media channels for the Country Park and Waleswood Caravan & Camping Park.
Create promotional materials and list events on relevant platforms.
Respond to public enquiries across digital channels.
Coordinate with council communications and Culture, Leisure and Tourism teams for media coverage and press releases.
Organise event logistics, including suppliers and contractors.
Act as Duty Officer at events, supervising staff and volunteers.
About You
Proven experience in marketing and event delivery.
Strong digital skills, including social media and media tools.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Awareness of health and safety requirements for events.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
NQF Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
