to take ownership of our internal marketing and help position the agency as a leader in AI-powered digital marketing.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role focused on marketing
Essential Marketer
to prospective clients. Under the guidance of the Director, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities that promote our brand, communicate our expertise, and generate qualified leads.
You will help position Essential Marketer as a forward-thinking agency, showcasing our innovative use of AI and automation across SEO, PPC and performance marketing. The role involves content creation, website updates, social media management, email marketing, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Produce high-quality content including blog posts, landing pages, thought leadership articles and case studies that reflect the agency's expertise in digital marketing and AI adoption.
Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule and publish engaging posts across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Monitor engagement and contribute to the agency's thought leadership on AI and marketing trends.
Website Maintenance:
Maintain and update content on the agency's website (using WordPress or similar CMS), ensuring it reflects current services, innovations and case studies.
Email Marketing:
Create email campaigns to nurture leads and communicate updates. Build automations and segment audiences using platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
AI and Innovation Positioning:
Support the development of content and campaigns that communicate the agency's use of AI tools, automation platforms, and performance-enhancing technologies.
Campaign Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and events. This includes managing timelines, writing copy, liaising with third parties, and tracking outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor performance using tools such as GA4, HubSpot and Search Console. Provide regular reports on website traffic, social media, email and lead performance.
Reputation Management:
Maintain and optimise the agency's profiles on directories and review platforms (e.g. Clutch, Google Business). Support submissions for awards and speaking opportunities.
Key Skills and Experience
Essential:
1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within a B2B or agency environment
Excellent written English and ability to tailor content for professional audiences
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
