Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for sustainability and smart energy solutions? Sync Energy is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the charge in promoting our cutting-edge EV charging and Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS) across the UK and EMEA.

The Role

As Marketing Manager - Energy Transition, you'll shape the market presence of Sync Energy's products, working cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns and product launches. You'll be instrumental in accelerating adoption of our EV and HEMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for EV and HEMS products. Lead go-to-market campaigns and product launches. Create engaging content including case studies, videos, and webinars. Manage multichannel campaigns (SEO, paid media, email, social). Collaborate with partners on co-marketing and trade events. Oversee digital platforms including website, app store, and online store. Analyse market trends, government schemes, and competitor activity. Work closely with product, sales, and technical teams to align messaging.

What We're Looking For

4-6 years' experience in B2B or B2C marketing (tech, cleantech, EV, or energy sectors). Proven success in launching products and running campaigns. Strong understanding of EV charging, HEMS, and UK energy regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in CMS, CRM, and analytics tools.

Desirable

Degree in marketing, business, sustainability, or related field. Experience with energy-management platforms or mobility apps. Technical knowledge of chargers, load-balancing, or Monta app integration.
