Marketing Manager
heads off on maternity leave, we're looking for an experienced and dynamic
Marketing Manager
to take the reins and continue driving our brand forward.
The Role:
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on marketer to lead a small marketing team and deliver impactful campaigns, manage digital assets, and help shape the online presence of our growing brand. This is a unique opportunity to step into a fast-paced and rewarding role, supported by a passionate and collaborative team. You will also be assisting 7 retail stores with marketing materials etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (website, email, social media, paid media, print, offline etc.)
Oversee the day-to-day running and development of the company website, working closely with external developers
Manage the Social Media & Marketing Assistant in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across all platforms in line with brand and campaign objectives
Manage & oversee email marketing, including automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting
Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, reporting ROI and recommending improvements
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet deadlines and deliver creative, effective campaigns
Support in-store marketing efforts and national campaigns across all Lifestyle & Mobility locations
Oversee branding consistency across digital and print channels
Contribute to ad-hoc projects including event marketing, PR, and printed materials
About You:
5+ years' experience in Marketing Management, ideally within a retail or consumer-facing environment
Proven track record in managing digital projects, from campaign strategy to execution
Experience in website management (CMS platforms), SEO best practices, and e-commerce tools
Confident using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and CRM systems (HubSpot)
Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skills
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
