Based in Aldridge, Walsall, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products to both trade professionals and the public across the UK.

Summary



We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing Manager to lead our newly assembled marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing cohesive, strategic marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence and drive sales growth. This position is key to expanding our market reach and connecting with customers effectively.

About You



You'll be a confident and experienced marketer with a solid grasp of digital campaigns and team leadership. Ideally, you'll have a marketing-related degree or CIM qualification, along with hands-on experience in ecommerce -- bonus points if you've worked with Magento/Adobe Commerce!

You'll be comfortable planning at a strategic level and capable of inspiring your team to deliver your vision collaboratively. You enjoy working with data and can interpret performance reports from key marketing channels to guide your decisions.

As an experienced marketing manager, you know how to lead a small team and ensure high performance across varied roles. You have a broad understanding of all marketing functions, enabling you to support team members with confidence.

The Role



This is a part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with some flexibility in working hours and hybrid working available.

You'll oversee a small in-house team -- including a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Ecommerce Manager -- as well as liaise with our SEO consultant and Email Marketing Manager. You'll coordinate all activity to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.

You'll work both from our office in Aldridge and remotely, acting as the central figure in the marketing team to shape our brand and help potential customers find and choose us.

Responsibilities



Campaign Delivery & Strategy



Plan and execute cohesive marketing campaigns across all relevant channels Use data and analytics to inform decisions and evaluate campaign performance Monitor and respond to competitor activity and industry trends Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent identity across all touchpoints Set clear, ambitious KPIs and track progress effectively

Team Leadership & Operations



Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and uphold quality expectations Oversee and support team members to help them succeed in their roles Hold regular team meetings and offer hands-on guidance where needed Manage staff performance, including appraisals and reviews Participate in future team recruitment as needed Keep track of outstanding tasks from ideation to completion

Salary:

38,000-45,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience and agreed hours
