Housekeeper Overview:
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the cleaning, preparation, and presentation of our four luxury cottages, as well as supporting the cleanliness and organisation of the family home. First impressions matter, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in creating warm, inviting, and immaculate spaces for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and preparing cottages to a consistently high standard
Carrying out general housekeeping duties in the family home
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Dusting and polishing surfaces and furniture
Ironing, laundry, handwashing, and dry cleaning
Changing bed linen and making beds to a hotel-standard finish
Deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
Ensuring all rooms are clean, tidy, and presentable for guests
Emptying bins and managing waste appropriately
Identifying and reporting any maintenance or inventory issues.
Supporting household management and organisation
Essential Skills & Attributes:

Marketing Overview
We are looking for help to execute and implement our marketing strategy. With various campaigns and initiatives on the horizon, we're looking for a marketing co-ordinator to assist in the design and oversee marketing campaigns across platforms to reach company goals and increase awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Perform competitive research to understand what's happening in the market.
. Improve our Google 'Awareness with full knowledge of 'Key' words.
. Undertake appropriate amendments and change certain photographs on our website.
Effect various email campaigns, segment 'Mail Chimp' lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions. Work to increase the productivity of our email sends.
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
Track, measure and analyse all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
Requirements:
. SEO and SEM experience.
Research and analytical skills to identify target markets.
An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.
Ability to work on platforms such as 'WordPress' in co-operation with ACT studios.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar marketing and housekeeping or hospitality role
An understanding of the travel, tourism, or luxury accommodation industry
A keen eye for detail - you naturally notice when something is out of place
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
