Job Description

The Marketing Programme Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Retail team with enhancing Dealer relationships and experience by providing systematic Functions.

You will be responsible for marketing activity across the UK. You will be expected to coordinate a range of activities including but not limited to managing external agencies, strategic reporting, internal and external communications ad campaign planning.

Collaboration with other departments is essential to this role. The role ensures we maximize the use of various CRM by providing the platform that enables the management of data.

Main job missions



Maintain and refresh a comprehensive library of key strategic, marketing planning and sales tools. Assist with delivering the annual budget, plan content and campaigns. Ensure consistency of branding across companywide media to help drive awareness and communications objectives as well as ensuring quality and consistency of outputs. Manage all communications and branding. Manage the external agencies as required to ensure SLAs and KPIs are in place and adopted. Manage and keep up to date the website copy. CRM Database/ System Management. Efficient and transparent management of all marketing stock and maintain an inventory and audit trail. Project Support. Being the expert on Retail/ Operational systems. Any other ad hoc tasks to support the business.

Activities:



Work with key stakeholders in the business to sign off PR activity and ensure a constant stream of activity. Proactively update the website content on a regular basis, ensuring information is up to date. Manage internal communications which includes sending out business relevant emails, assisting other departments with producing internal email announcements, keeping track of internal communications, assisting with quarterly business updates. Provide information on the department that will be fed back to the group in reports. Oversee the organisation's customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Driving engagement and 'effective use' of CRM system in a compliant way. System examples but not limited to (e-shot, HubSpot, Repairer tools, Sales and Claims processes). Plan, execute, and evaluate CRM campaigns across various channels to drive customer retention and reveal new opportunities. Ensure consistent messaging and branding. Manage all marketing materials and ensure all stock is accounted for, kept up to date and excellent records kept. To ensure that any stock requests from the Account Managers are justified and the inventory updated. Conduct training sessions for internal teams on CRM best practices and system usage. Facilitate ongoing education to ensure all staff members are proficient in CRM processes. Regularly updating various systems to ensure our retail customers, dealers and stakeholders are accessing accurate and up to date information. To support the Line manager with business projects to be delivered efficiency and to agreed milestones. Supporting Retail teams by implementing and driving optimisation of effective CRM and systematic touchpoints (new tools, system updates, user-guides and process changes).

Required qualifications for this role:



Degree in Marketing Or another related field (Desirable). Experience as a Marketing Manager or in another related field.

Hard Skills (technical knowledge and/or professional experiences)



Required



Marketing background. Intermediate Microsoft skills - including PowerPoint. Strong copywriting and administration skills. Budget management experience. Experience of running multiple marketing campaigns concurrently. Excellent communicator & presentation skills and ability to build internal and external relationships. Technical skills (HubSpot, CRM databases).

Desirable



Some knowledge of Corporate Sector and Automotive industry. Google Analytics experience Experience working with a PR agency.

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
