Your Mission
Drive the next evolution of the business by building on the existing marketing operation from an established position into the next phase of the business.
You'll lead the creation of brand messaging, product positioning, content development, and go-to-market materials -- supporting our expansion into new sectors. This role blends creative ownership with commercial acumen in a startup-minded but established environment.
Identify gaps and launch a structure for ongoing content creation and review.
Marketing Ops:
Build a workspace using Monday.com or similar; establish a content calendar.
Web & Social:
Draft a 3-month strategy to refresh website and social presence.
Months 3-6: Market & Product Alignment
Market Research:
Explore new potential industry verticals
Feasibility Input:
Partner with Engineering to align product potential with market demand.
Positioning:
Shape messaging and product positioning across sectors.
Collateral Development:
Begin crafting tailored brochures, spec sheets, and client decks.
Months 6-12: Growth Enablement
Opportunity Analysis:
Deliver structured research to support prioritisation of 2-3 core product directions.
Go-to-Market:
Contribute to data-led go/no-go decisions.
Sales Enablement:
Equip the sales team with complete, modern marketing collateral.
Internal Branding:
Centralise all product and messaging information to elevate internal alignment.

Compensation
Base Salary:
35,000
Performance Bonus:
3,000-5,000 OTE (10-15%)
Bonus Cycle:
