Who are we?

Oliver King Consulting are a Sheffield based Company, based just off Ecclesall Road, operating from offices shared with 2 other companies.

Established in Dec 2020, we offer sustainable recruitment to local SMEs and as we complete our 5th year in business, we're now looking to recruit a new team member to work closely with the Director and the wider team, on a day to day basis.

The ideal candidate will be able to start in late September / October.

This could be an ideal opportunity for a wide range of people! You might be one of these:

A recent graduate and looking for your first role post uni to showcase all the skills you've developed and start a career in the HR space Someone who has has some previous experience working for a small company in an admin or customer facing role and is looking for a new challenge Someone who has previously worked within a recruitment setting and fancies a change of role
I'm open to what background you come from, what i'm more looking for is that you want to join me on the next 5 years of this business!

No two days will be the same, but typically, the successful candidate will be involved with:

networking locally with the Director supporting in new client meetings taking initial recruitment briefs from clients, eventually leading on these drafting job adverts for clients using your marketing skills promoting adverts on social media supporting with interviewing and other assessments research other tasks as they arise!
No previous sales, marketing or recruitment experience is required as full training will be provided.

What is non-negotiable is fantastic communication skills, both in person, on Teams and when writing emails and other written comms.
