Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to support our growing business. This opportunity is open to recent UK university graduates as well as individuals with up to 2-3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be confident in speaking with customers over the phone and to process orders, have strong Excel skills, and be able to use social media platforms to support marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on roll.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
Make outbound and take inbound calls from customers to process orders, answer queries and prospect for new business.
Maintain accurate order records and ensure timely follow-up with Customers.
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Support business development by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Marketing & Social Media
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Monitor engagement and report on campaign effectiveness.
Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Develop customer specific corporate presentations
Data Analysis & Reporting
Use Microsoft Excel to track orders, sales performance, and marketing results.
Generate reports and provide insights to support management decisions.
Collaboration & Development
Work closely with senior staff to align marketing and sales activities.
Participate in training and skill development to enhance customer engagement, digital marketing, and data analysis expertise.
Represent the company at networking events, Exhibitions and customer meetings as required.
Internal office work
Customer price list and database maintenance
Assisting with order input and sales tracker update
Assisting with office administration when required
Essential Skills & Qualifications
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (graduates welcome).
Confident and professional telephone manners, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data handling).
Familiarity with social media platforms for professional use.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (graduate experience or internships considered).
Experience with CRM systems.
Exposure to digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager).
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

Location & Work Setup
This is a full-time, office-based role.
The position is based at our Davidson Mains office, with occasional travel to other sites if required.
Standard working hours are 8:45am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Our office has free parking close by and is conveniently located on several major bus routes, making it easily accessible.
Starting salary of 25,000 with performance related bonuses
