We are a growing Monarch is a domiciliary care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care services, with a CQC Rating of GOOD across all areas. We are now expanding our services through Gateway2Staffing & Monarch Training Services. We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Marketing/Sales Executive to enhance our brand presence, attract clients and support recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our Gateway2Staffing Agency, Monarch Training Services and Domiciliary Homecare Services.
Create & manage social media accounts, (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, X) creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and sales.
Develop digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC and email marketing.
Creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, emails and online content to specific client base
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, care homes and potential clients.
Support recruitment campaigns to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Organise evens and attend networking opportunities to promote our services.
Plan and implement various marketing strategies for our company to help us attract new clients and retain the existing ones.
Monitor the implementation of marketing strategies, recording all activities for statistical purposes
Maintain partnerships with healthcare providers and clients that will help us drive growth.
Design promotional materials for our company's products and communicate with clients when necessary.
Edit our company's website when necessary.
Proven experience in marketing/sales preferably in healthcare, training & development or recruitment sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and content creation.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva and Adobe suite) is a plus.
Understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trends is beneficial.
