What You'll Be Doing
We need someone who can take AI tools and cold outreach from concept to conversion. As our Marketing & Sales Executive, you will:
Use AI platforms to identify, segment, and build targeted lists of potential clients.
Create bold, persuasive cold email campaigns that generate qualified leads and secure meetings.
A/B test subject lines, email scripts, sending schedules, follow-ups, and analyse what works.
Collaborate with our product, design, and sales teams to align messaging, brand voice, and offer.
Report on metrics: open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, conversion rates, and continuously improve.
Who You Are
This isn't a typical sales job--expect to roll your sleeves up. We want someone who is:
Experienced:
2+ years in marketing, outbound sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
Educated
: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Creative with words: Skilled at writing copy that grabs attention, builds trust, and prompts action.
Tech-savvy:
Comfortable using AI and sales automation tools (e.g., email sequence platforms, personalisation/enrichment tools, prospect intelligence tools).
Analytical:
Data-driven with a test, measure, and optimise mindset.

Competitive base salary (based on experience) 25,000-28,000 + generous uncapped commission structure.
