Summary



We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded

Marketing/Sales Executive

to drive the company's growth strategy and play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.

This is an exciting role for an ambitious individual who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and making a tangible impact on business performance. Working closely with the Managing Director and Head of Operations, you will lead the charge in expanding our pipeline of one-off and contracted works, developing strategic partnerships, and raising the profile of Superclean South across key markets.

Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Devise and implement outbound marketing campaigns (primarily telephone-based) to identify new leads. Generate and qualify sales opportunities for both one-off jobs and long-term service contracts. Schedule site visits and surveys for the Head of Operations to assess and quote for work. Collaborate with the Head of Operations to nurture relationships and convert leads into ongoing business. Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM tracking.

Tender & Contract Growth



Actively research and identify new tender and bid opportunities relevant to our services. Build relationships with facilities directors, property managers, developers, and estate management firms (e.g. Savills, JLL). Target high-value sectors such as business parks, care homes, car dealerships, leisure facilities, and more.

Marketing & Promotion



Support the planning and execution of targeted marketing initiatives (emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, etc.). Identify ways to elevate Superclean's profile in the local and regional commercial property and facilities management sectors. Work with external marketing agencies or internal stakeholders to produce relevant sales and promotional materials.

Requirements



Essential Skills & Experience



Proven experience in a sales, business development, or marketing role, ideally in facilities services or B2B sectors. Strong telephone and interpersonal skills - confident speaking with senior decision-makers. Self-starter with excellent organisational and follow-up skills. Commercially astute with an ability to understand service-based selling. Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Desirable Attributes



Knowledge of tendering processes and public/private sector procurement. Familiarity with the property/facilities management landscape. A positive, proactive mindset with a passion for delivering results.
