Your Mission

As our Marketing Team Lead, you'll be the heartbeat of our brand storytelling. You'll lead a passionate team, craft campaigns that resonate, and ensure every touchpoint--from digital to on-site--reflects our signature style and values.

What You'll Do

Lead & Inspire:

Manage and mentor a small but mighty marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.

Strategize & Execute:

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings.

Brand Stewardship:

Ensure consistency across all brand assets, from signage and menus to social media and email campaigns.

Campaign Magic:

Launch seasonal and venue-specific campaigns that captivate audiences and convert interest into action.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Work closely with operations, design, and executive leadership to align marketing with business goals.

Data-Driven Decisions:

Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and guest engagement.

What You Will Bring

5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands. Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand development. Exceptional communication and project management abilities. A flair for storytelling and a sharp eye for design and detail. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
