As a

Track Team Marshal

, you will be the frontline guardian of safety and excitement on the track. This hands-on role involves overseeing karting sessions, ensuring driver safety, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll help create memorable experiences while contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our karting facility.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Monitoring:

Ensure all karting sessions are conducted safely by enforcing track rules and responding promptly to incidents.

Driver Assistance:

Provide clear instructions and assistance to drivers during briefings, in the pit lane, and on the track.

Track Maintenance:

Keep the track and karts in optimal condition by conducting routine checks and addressing issues as they arise.

Customer Interaction:

Greet and guide customers, answer questions, and deliver a welcoming, friendly experience.

Incident Response:

Act quickly to recover spun or stalled karts, assist drivers, and ensure minimal disruption to races.

Equipment Handling:

Support with kart fuelling, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications

Passion for Motorsports:

An enthusiasm for racing and karting is highly desirable.

Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to give clear instructions and communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.

Quick Decision-Making:

Ability to respond swiftly and calmly to incidents on the track.

Physical Fitness:

Comfortable with a physically demanding role that involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting.

Customer Service Focused:

Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Team Player:

A cooperative attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.

Flexible Availability:

Evening and weekend shifts are a key part of this role.
