. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and precision of each product, from stitching and tufting to finishing touches.Responsibilities:
Operate the Mattress Tape Edge Machine to ensure the proper sealing and finishing of mattress edges. Set up and manage the Tufting Machine for consistent and quality tufting. Use the Industrial Sewing Machine to stitch mattress covers, ensuring durability and accuracy as well as pet bed covers and other sewing demands. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products to meet production standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mattress manufacturing or related industry is a plus. Proficiency in operating Tape Edge Machines, Tufting Machines, and Industrial Sewing Machines. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
