Job Title: Mediation Administrator (Self-Employed - Remote Working)

Working Hours: Flexible between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time or part-time)
Overview:
We are seeking a professional and highly organised Mediation Administrator to join on a self-employed basis. This is a remote working opportunity, offering flexibility within standard business hours.
The successful candidate will play a key administrative role in supporting clients through the mediation process, often during emotionally sensitive and complex situations. You will be responsible for preparing accurate documentation, liaising with clients and professionals, and completing Legal Aid applications to a high standard.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support throughout the mediation process, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and professionally.
Communicate with clients in a compassionate, clear, and professional manner.
Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and formal documentation.
Accurately complete and submit Legal Aid applications on behalf of clients.
Maintain accurate records and manage case files in line with regulatory and internal standards.
Liaise with mediators and other stakeholders to support case progression.
Ensure all work complies with confidentiality, data protection, and professional guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent computer literacy, including confidence with online platforms, databases, and document handling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise workload independently.
Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive client information with care.
Previous experience in administration, legal support, or client services is preferred.
Must have appropriate home office setup, including reliable internet and IT equipment.
