37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Speed Medical for a Medical-Legal Trainer.



We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the development and delivery of training at Speed Medical.

This is a varied and rewarding role that blends subject matter expertise with training excellence, focused on ensuring that our teams are fully equipped to handle medical-legal cases with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the

medical-legal sector

and a passion for sharing knowledge. You will support the day-to-day operations of the team by designing and delivering training that enhances performance, ensures compliance, and maintains the highest standards of service for our instructing parties, medical experts, and injured clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Design, deliver, and evaluate structured training programs for new and existing team members. Provide ongoing support, coaching, and refresher sessions to ensure consistent knowledge and skill development. Collaborate with team leads and the Training Manager to identify training needs and performance gaps. Assist with learning materials based on real case experience to enhance knowledge retention. Monitor training effectiveness and adapt content to suit evolving business needs. Support team members in managing case files, medical records, and documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure all training reflects current regulatory standards, industry best practices, and internal procedures.

Personal Specification:



Proven experience in a training, coaching, or mentoring role, preferably within the

medical-legal

or healthcare sector. Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and active listening. Ability to present information clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Organised and proactive, with excellent time management skills. Comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Positive, collaborative, and approachable - able to inspire confidence in others. Able to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and needs. Eager to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Pay: 24,040.50 per year
