We're looking for a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy and caring GP practice.

Location:

Satis House Medical Practice, Water Orton, B46 1TH

Hours:

Part-time

Contract type:

Fixed term, 12 months

Salary:

12.50 per hour

Start Date:

As soon as possible

What you'll do:

Be the first point of contact for patients: in person, by phone, and online Supporting patients to get the right care, from the right person, when they need it! Manage patient records using clinical systems (e.g., EMIS) Work closely with our GPs, nurses, and wider admin team Handle sensitive information with care and professionalism Help keep the practice running smoothly with general admin duties

What we're looking for:

Friendly, calm and confident communication skills Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask Previous receptionist or admin experience (NHS or healthcare experience a bonus!) A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
