5 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Working Hours:
9:00 am to 6:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

2,150 per month (gross)

Receptionist
to join our team as the first point of contact for our clients. If you are fluent in Korean and English and excel in customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors warmly and assist with enquiries, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for.
Manage appointment bookings and schedules using our computerised system, maintaining an efficient and well-organised calendar.
Handle phone calls, text messages, and email correspondence in a prompt, professional manner, providing information or support as needed.
Process client payments and issue receipts, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in financial transactions.
Maintain up-to-date patient records and input data into our systems (including basic use of our HR and booking system) with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication within the clinic.
Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, data entry) and other front-desk tasks as required to support the team and clinic operations.
Candidate Requirements:
Language Skills:
Fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written). This is essential for communicating with our clients.
Right to Work:
Must have the legal right to work in the UK (e.g. British citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain).
Customer Service:
Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Able to maintain a positive attitude with clients at all times and provide excellent customer care.
Computer Proficiency:
Competent with computers and office software. Comfortable using booking systems, processing payments, and handling emails and Microsoft Office applications.
Organisational Skills:
Detail-oriented and well-organised, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Reliability:
Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy. You should be someone we can count on to be the welcoming face of our clinic each day.
Team Player:
Willing to work collaboratively with a small team and support colleagues when needed.
Experience:Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is an advantage but not strictly required. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
