Due to patient demand we are expanding our workforce! We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our very busy and friendly team as a Medical Receptionist.
You must be calm, patient, empathetic and efficient with a good sense of humour and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. You will be expected to be proactive and use initiative, with good IT skills and the ability to multitask. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
We are proud to offer a friendly and welcoming environment providing excellent local healthcare to the residents of Garstang and the surrounding area. We have a large clinical team who are well supported by our reception and admin team. We are based in Garstang Medical Centre - a modern, purpose built premises, with easy access for disabled patients. We also have our own onsite Dispensary/ Pharmacy providing a range of NHS services.
The shift pattern is:
Monday 7.45am-5.30pm, Wednesday 7.45am-6.30pm & Friday 7.45am-6.30pm (28.25 hours)
