Unity Healthcare are looking to welcome a medical records administrator to join our Unity team based either at Haverhill or Long Melford/Lavenham. The role is offered on a part-time basis for 29 hours per week.
What's the role? See main responsibilities below;
Summarise and code relevant information from a patient's clinical records in to the practice's computer system.
Ensure that every patient has a complete, accurate and well organised electronic medical record.
Check electronic records are accurate against paper records.
Participate in audits.
Manage any coding queries.
Report any issues to the admin lead.
