Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Manage the incoming paper and digital correspondence from hospitals and specialists. Audio- and copy- typing, NHS email and ICG system to write outgoing letters and referrals for our GPs and clinicians. Telephone contact with patients and specialist hospital departments to answer queries, and update referral status. Managing post incoming and outgoing paper post.



Supporting queries from the Practice team, working closely with GPs. Filing and retrieving medical notes. Photocopying. Ordering and monitoring stationary stocks and supplies.
