Primary Function: Provide excellent member services to all Gateway Credit Union members via telephone, e-mail and in person.
Salary: 12.60 per hour, 15 hours per week
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide an excellent front line member service experience that focuses on delivering positive outputs, and which puts communities and members at the heart of what we do.
Respond to member enquiries via telephone, email, in person and via post.
Accurate data entry with high attention to detail.
Undertake regular training to ensure high levels of Continuous Personal and Professional Development.
Cash handling.
