We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Membership Marketing and Content Officer to join our team.
This role will focus on delivering value to our club members.
You will work with colleagues from across our Sport Development department to create engaging content for our members.
We are looking for someone who can be creative with video as well as a strong writer.
You will be based at Sport Park, Loughborough University, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week.
What you'll be doing:
Content Development:
Create engaging written and video content to engage with Swim England's membership audiences
Newsletter and email comms
: Manage production and distribution of B2C membership newsletters as well as the membership digital customer journey
Membership benefits
: Work with Head of Commercial and Marketing Manager (Membership) to create exclusive member offers and discounts to drive value for club members
Project support
: Support the Marketing Manager (Membership) to deliver key projects that meet organisational goals and objectives

About You
We are looking for someone who: is a creative individual, able to use video and image editing software to create engaging content.
has strong writing skills, we want someone who can craft copy for different audiences and channels.
has knowledge of email marketing, customer journeys and content management systems
who understands one (or more) of our sports having lived it as part of a Swim England aquatics club.
