Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Mobile Cleaner/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to over see 2 to 3 cleaners on small projects and end-of-tenancy cleans, be able to provide job completion reports and ensuring that we deliver high standards and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Be 'hands-on' with the other cleaners Supervise cleaners, be able to set tasks, monitor performances, and coordinate with site managers. Provide an end of the day job report with photos. Drive and monitor stock in your van. Collect staff on odd occasions. Train new starters (won't be required to train until 6 months in) Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks Ability to work well as part of a team Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods Flexibility in working hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary CSCS card ( not essential as this can be done through us, but you must be able to pass it)

Compensation

13 +1.56 holiday pay. Total 14.57 p/h
