Position Overview

As a

Mobile Game Moderator

, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive player experience by monitoring community interactions, enforcing guidelines, and assisting players with their inquiries. You will work closely with our community management team and report directly to the Head Game Master.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor in-game chats, forums, and community channels in your assigned language. Identify and take action on inappropriate behavior (e.g., harassment, abuse, guideline violations). Respond to player inquiries promptly with clear and friendly communication. Escalate complex issues to senior moderators or game masters when necessary. Provide feedback to improve community policies and moderation processes. Stay informed about game updates, events, and community activities.

Requirements

Native or fluent proficiency

in

one of the following languages:

French Spanish German Italian Portuguese Hindi Turkish Strong written communication skills in the target language and good English proficiency. Familiarity with mobile games and online gaming communities. Responsible, patient, and fair-minded approach to community moderation. Ability to work independently with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

While not mandatory, the following backgrounds are highly valued for this role:

Previous experience

in the gaming industry, especially in roles involving community management or player engagement. Experience as a

Project Manager

or team coordinator within gaming or online communities. Background in

Customer Service

, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Prior experience in

online moderation

(forums, Discord, social media, or in-game environments).
