About the Role



This is a

hands-on, varied role

supporting our Mortgage & Protection Adviser and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service from start to finish.

You'll be a key part of the team, liaising with clients and third-party providers, managing cases efficiently, and keeping everything running smoothly from application to completion.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:



Communicating with lenders and providers to track the progress of mortgage and protection applications Proactively progressing cases from submission to completion Handling incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring clients receive timely, professional responses Prepare client documentation, application forms, and supporting paperwork Completing medical questionnaires and liaising with underwriters for protection cases Maintain accurate client data in the back-office system and ensure compliance with FCA regulations Schedule and arrange client meetings Research mortgage and protection products using sourcing systems (training provided if needed) Stay up to date with provider criteria, processes, and internal policies Deliver an excellent client experience through clear communication and efficient case management

You have at least

2-3 years' experience

in Mortgage & Protection administration. You are highly organised, with a keen attention to detail? You are a confident communicator with clients, advisers, and providers? You enjoy working with clients and building long-term relationships? You're proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously You're eager to grow within a professional, supportive environment You want to be part of a team where your ideas and initiative are genuinely valued
