Salary: 35k - 45k basic

Our client is a highly rated shared ownership company based in Sheffield, and they're looking to take on an employed Mortgage Sales Manager. They are a multi award winning company with amazing customer reviews. You will be managing a team of up to 15 people. There will be some expectation to travel with occasional overnight stays.

Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Sales Manager:

You MUST have experience within mortgages and have CeMAP Demonstrated expertise in managing financial services or in a related leadership position. Excellent people management and leadership abilities. Thorough understanding of sales procedures, industry rules, and financial services. Excellent coaching, presenting, and communication skills. Knowledge of KPI management and the capacity to pinpoint areas in need of development.

Duties as a Mortgage Sales Manager include:

Oversee and conduct monthly team meetings, which include 121s and business reviews. Make sure that the team meets and surpasses performance goals. Supervise the team leader and mortgage progression team to promote growth and performance. Managing relationships with the mortgage brokers. Training brokers to improve their figures. Creating a relationship with the senior partners from the network. Working with external recruitment agencies to grow the business.

Benefits you will receive as a Mortgage Sales Manager:

Basic salary 35k - 45k. Based in the office initially then transition to hybrid. Monday - Friday 9-5:30. High bonus opportunities.
