What you'll be doing:
AIT are open to Full-Time or Part-Time hours depending on the individual. The role
is based on-site at our HQ office in Nottingham.
If you are an organised, detail-driven person who thrives in a fast-paced yet
personable environment then this could be the role for you. You'll be great
with people, have experience in using Microsoft Applications and have a
naturally proactive attitude to keep things running smoothly
Supporting Our Leadership Team
Manage and coordinating calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments,
and travel.
Handle emails, calls, and communications
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation to keep things running
smoothly.
Keeping Meetings on Track
Schedule and coordinate executive meetings for our clients, including preparing
agendas and taking minutes.
Arrange conference calls and video meetings.
Assist in preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
Managing Travel & Logistics
Plan and book travel, including accommodations, and transportation for our
remote teams
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documents are in
place.
Handle any last-minute travel changes or issues that may arise
Helping with Special Projects
Support various projects assigned by the leadership team.
Conduct research and gather insights for reports and presentations.
Track project progress and provide updates for clients
What We're Looking For:
A proactive, highly organised individual with excellent communication skills.
Our company values place strong emphasis around a people-drive approach.
Experience in a similar role for example in hospitality, office or MSP
Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other
relevant tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
A problem-solver who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):
Experience working in the Education Sector, IT or MSP industry.
Familiarity with project management tools.
Knowledge or experience with Gen AI/LLM tools.
