Duties

Assist with general construction, Property maintenance, Landscaping and repair tasks across various sites Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently in accordance with instructions Prepare work areas by clearing debris or organising materials Support tradespeople with specialised tasks as required Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a secure working environment Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or injury Maintain cleanliness of tools and work areas to uphold safety standards Assist with site organisation, including inventory management of supplies and equipment

Skills

Proven experience as a Labourer or in a similar practical role within construction or maintenance sectors Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely Good physical fitness with the capacity to perform manual labour for extended periods Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to construction sites is desirable Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
