Multi Skilled Tradesperson

to join our team and support the installation of new heating systems and associated construction work in domestic properties.

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Tradesperson, you'll work closely with our Gas Engineers to carry out general building maintenance following installations. This will include general plastering and some joinery tasks to be completed to a high standard. You'll play a key role in ensuring repairs and installations are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with industry standards.

You'll also:

Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues Take ownership of materials and resources Support supervisors in monitoring contracts Promote a customer-centred culture and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

Has experience in domestic repair and maintenance Ideally holds a relevant NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification or is competent in general maintenance to include carpentery, plastering and plumbing Demonstrates competence across multiple trades Understands health & safety legislation Is flexible, self-motivated, and committed to excellence Has a full UK driving licence
