Overview
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance operative to keep rental properties in top shape for our letting agent partners. You'll tackle day-to-day repairs, diagnose and fix mould issues, advise on the best decoration solutions, and handle basic plumbing tasks. If you're practical, customer-focused, and enjoy variety, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect properties and diagnose appropriate fixes for
mould
.
Advise on
types of decoration
(paints, wallpapers, finishes) and execute them to a high standard.
Perform
basic plumbing
repairs (leaks, taps, toilets, pipework, unblocking drains).
Carry out general maintenance: patch plastering, minor carpentry, silicone sealing, and touch-up painting.
Able to liaise with tenants and letting agents for access in a friendly, personable manner.
Keep accurate job records and photos for handover to letting agents.
Essential Skills & Experience
Full UK driving license and own tools and mode of transport.
Great people skills-you'll be in front of our letting agents and their tenants.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 24,420.00-35,654.60 per year
