Summary

As a Sports Coach at Kits Academy, you will play a vital role in inspiring and educating children through various sports activities. This position is key to our mission of providing enjoyable and informative programs that foster physical development and teamwork among young participants.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging sports coaching sessions for children of varying ages. Educate participants on the fundamentals of different sports while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Monitor and assess the progress of participants, providing feedback to encourage improvement. Ensure a safe and positive environment during all activities. Collaborate with other coaches to develop comprehensive programs that cater to diverse interests. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your coaching skills.

Requirements

Experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents. Passion for sports and promoting healthy lifestyles among youth. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are a plus.
