Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating primary aged children of all skill levels. This role involves leading sports sessions, and fostering a positive and motivating environment for all participants.

Responsibilities

Conduct weekly sports sessions, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Educate primary aged children on the rules of the sport. Foster a positive team culture that encourages participation, respect, and personal growth. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and the school regarding children and feedback.

Experience

Proven experience in sports coaching or a related field is essential. Understanding of different sports, and rules. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire children. Experience in educating individuals or groups in a sporting context is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour
