Here at Clements Multisports our mission is to get as many children as possible enjoying sports regardless of ability or gender. We try to offer as many sports as we can throughout the school year, this is to allow the children to experience a variety of different activities and possibly find a hidden talent or a new hobby.

Multi Sports Coach - 1-10 hours a week

Lessons run between 9am-3pm

After school clubs run between 3pm-5pm

There are opportunities to work in the half term and Summer holidays helping run multisport camps.

This role will need to be filled by an applicant who is confident and comfortable in a school environment. The role requires strong leadership of children aged between 5-12 and able to run a variety of different sport sessions.

Most importantly the applicant has a fun and bubbly personality which the children can relate to and feel comfort around.

Responsibilities

Design and implement engaging multi-sport training programs for participants of varying skill levels. Teach fundamental techniques and strategies for different sports while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Assess individual and group performance, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills. Organize and supervise practice sessions and competitive events, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages participation and personal growth in all athletes.

Pay: 25.00 per hour

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Sports Coaching: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Level 1 Sports Coaching Qualification or Higher (required) First Aid Certification (preferred) Enhanced DBS Certificate (preferred) Driving Licence and a car ready to drive (required) Sports Coach Insurance (preferred) Safeguarding Certification (preferred)
