We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team at Dawsons London Ltd. As a Builder, you will play a vital role in various construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position is essential for delivering exceptional results that align with our company's mission.

Responsibilities

Construct, repair, and renovate structures according to specifications. Utilize carpentry skills to fabricate wooden structures and frameworks. Install plumbing systems and fixtures as required for projects. Perform masonry work including bricklaying and stonework. Weld materials together for structural integrity when needed. Operate power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks. Apply paint and finishes to surfaces as part of the finishing process. Use hand tools effectively for various construction activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Builder or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong carpentry skills with the ability to fabricate structures accurately. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and masonry techniques is preferred. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and safety protocols on job sites. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
