Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of trade skills and be adept at performing various maintenance and repair tasks across multiple disciplines. This role is essential for ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

Conduct general maintenance and repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management. Carry out inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all tasks. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete larger projects. Assist in the planning and execution of refurbishment projects as required. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants or clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a multi-trade role or similar position. Strong skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive approach to work with the ability to manage time effectively.
