The Role:

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to join us on a self-employed basis.

You'll be responsible for a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

Painting and decorating Carpentry Tiling Plumbing General household repairs Small Electrical Installations
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience in property maintenance Knowledge of repairing household items Your own tools A car or van Live within a 30 minute radius of Central London
