We are constantly looking to grow our waiting, bar and setup teams in our Award-Winning venues at Glow Events Ltd. An ability to multi-skill would be advantageous and will be rewarded accordingly. You will need to be fun and have a real passion for making someone's wedding day the most memorable time of their life.
A real team player, we will provide you with the training required to become a true hospitality professional. Whether delivering food to a table, or serving behind a busy bar, or even setting up the chairs for the wedding ceremony, our team members play an equal part in providing unforgettable events with exceptional levels of customer service.
Salary:
Starting from 7.55 per hour for under 18's, 10 per hour for 18-20's, and 12.21 per hour for 21's and over with the opportunity to earn more as team leader depending on skills and experience.LOCATIONS:
Westenhanger Castle - Hythe, Bilsington Priory - AshfordQualifications
Strong background in hospitality and customer service ideal Proficient in serving and catering services preferred Previous restaurant and barista experience preferred Ability to handle setup and breakdown of event spaces Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
