Overview

We are seeking Cabin/Garden Room multi-skilled timber building installer teams.

. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the capability to lead and supervise projects effectively. The Builder will play a crucial role in ensuring that all construction tasks are completed to the highest standards while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings to construct buildings and structures. Supervise and lead teams of workers, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and safely. Perform electrical installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, performing regular inspections and repairs as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the building process.

Experience

Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential. Experience in supervising teams, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire others. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear communication with clients and team members.
