The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish services and nail care, as well as supporting light beauty treatments such as brow shaping or foot massage. We are looking for someone who works with care, precision and pride, while maintaining excellent hygiene standards and creating a warm, relaxing atmosphere for every client who visits our studio.
This role suits someone friendly, organised and able to work independently within a small but growing business. You should enjoy providing thoughtful, high-quality treatments and helping clients feel comfortable, cared for and confident.
Duties
Nail Services
Perform manicures and pedicures, including shaping, cuticle work and polish
Apply and remove gel polish safely and professionally
Provide simple nail art or enhancements if trained
Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked nail station
Offer aftercare guidance and product recommendations
Beauty Services
Carry out eyebrow shaping, including tweezing, waxing and basic tinting
Provide foot or hand massage during appropriate treatments
Support other beauty treatments depending on training and confidence
Client Care
Greet clients warmly and ensure a calm, enjoyable experience
Understand client preferences and tailor treatments when needed
Maintain a professional, relaxed studio environment
Communicate clearly, kindly and confidently
Hygiene & Studio Maintenance
Follow strict hygiene and sterilisation procedures
Clean tools, equipment and treatment areas between clients
Assist with checking and restocking products and consumables
Keep the studio tidy, organised and presentable at all times
Operational Support
Assist with bookings or reception tasks when required
Uphold all studio service standards and policies
Support daily studio operations with professionalism
