Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application Provide personalised skincare advice tailored to individual client needs Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment areas and equipment Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products Ensure client comfort throughout the treatment process Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences Promote additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Skills

Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour and detail Excellent customer service skills, ensuring clients feel valued and cared for Strong communication skills to effectively discuss treatments, skincare routines, and address client queries Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate clear communication with clients and team members Organised with attention to detail to uphold hygiene standards and deliver consistent results Ability to work flexibly within a team environment, demonstrating professionalism at all times
