Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including makeup application, skincare procedures, and other cosmetic services Provide personalised consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client queries effectively Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services Promote retail products when appropriate to enhance client results and satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience or training in makeup application and beauty therapy techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Friendly, approachable manner with a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
