Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail care and/or beauty services while ensuring client satisfaction. This role is available on a permanent part time basis, the successful candidate will be required to work Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays during our opening hours. (overtime may be available).

Duties

- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures and pedicures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area and tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on nail care and maintenance to enhance client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Knowledge of various nail techniques and products is an advantage.
- Certification or qualification in nail technology/Beauty Therapy is required.
