We aim to serve our Store Teams to ensure their working environment is suitable, comfortable and productive, and we push to achieve compliance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations.
The estate is connected via remote monitoring platforms which are the key interface with this role.
In fulfilling their duties, the job holder has to utilise their initiative and competence and work according to the principles of the ALDI Management System.

Your New Role:
First contact for circa. 1300 stores raising maintenance reactive works orders on heating and ventilation equipment
Analysing descriptions of maintenance requirements and responding accurately
Remotely dialling in to the stores to see if basic settings can be changed to help with the request
Liaising with field engineers to attend where necessary and fix the issue
Reaching out to stores directly to ensure optimum service levels and communicate accurate information
Managing team budgets
Working within project timeframe to deliver planned upgrades
Data analysis within Excel, CAFM & BMS to track progress
