Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for driving standards and supporting business growth?
We are seeking a Network Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining excellence across our UK Partner Network.

As part of our award-winning business, you'll work closely with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) to ensure our Network Partner sites consistently meet operating standards and ISO compliance, while providing hands-on coaching, support, and guidance.

What you'll do

Provide direct operational support to the COO in delivering the business strategy. Conduct site visits across the UK Partner Network to review, monitor, and improve standards. Deliver coaching, training, and mentoring to Partners to drive operational excellence. Support Partners in compliance with health & safety, HR, and service quality requirements. Act as a trusted escalation contact for Partner operational queries. Ensure Partner sites reflect the brand and operational excellence. Contribute to continuous improvement projects and cross-department collaboration.

What we're looking for

Strong background in operations management with technological understanding, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain. Willingness to get involved and hands on with the operation, support the Finance, Technology and Operations and Sales team as required. Experience in coaching, training, or mentoring teams. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with UK-wide travel as required. Commitment to upholding high standards and driving continuous improvement.
