As a First Charge Mortgage New Business Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Collaborating with industry experts, you'll build meaningful relationships and contribute to our shared mission of financial empowerment.


You'll be an enthusiastic and driven individual, with high attention to detail and great people skills.


Your responsibilities will include:

Being the first point of contact for Fluent customers, providing expert guidance and support. Conducting initial fact-find calls to gather essential data for our qualified mortgage advisers. Assessing suitability and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Following up on leads and providing timely updates to customers. Maintaining high-performance standards and staying up-to-date with industry regulations.
