The role



Due to continued growth at our Liverpool practice, we are looking for a proactive and highly organised New Patient Coordinator to join our team.

This is a key position within the practice and plays a vital role in shaping each patient's first impression of Bright Orthodontics.

You will manage new enquiries, coordinate bookings, prepare patient journeys and work closely with our Treatment Coordinators and clinicians to ensure every patient experience is seamless, professional and welcoming from day one.

This role would suit someone who enjoys both customer service and administration, takes pride in accuracy and detail, and is motivated by helping the business grow through excellent patient care.

Hours & salary



Full time - 41.5 hours per week
13.00 per hour

(Some flexibility may be required to support practice needs)

About the practice



Our Liverpool practice is a modern, fully digital specialist orthodontic clinic offering both NHS and private care. Alongside specialist orthodontics, we have a new Premium Private Dentistry Suite providing advanced treatments in a calm, patient-focused environment.

About you



You will be:

Friendly, professional and naturally welcoming Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicating with patients on the phone, by email and face to face Comfortable using IT systems and spreadsheets Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities Proactive and happy taking ownership of your workload Commercially aware and motivated to support enquiry-to-booking conversions Reliable, adaptable and a strong team player Proud to represent the Bright Orthodontics brand

Key responsibilities



Responding promptly to all new patient enquiries (phone, email and online) Booking private assessments and supporting conversion to treatment Preparing new patient packs and documentation Coordinating diaries to maximise appointment utilisation Ensuring accurate data entry and patient records Checking payment allocations and supporting reporting where required Supporting Front of House during busy periods Monitoring enquiry response times and booking performance Replying to Google reviews in a professional and timely manner Providing clear handovers to Treatment Coordinators and clinicians

Essential skills



Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication Strong IT skills (Word, Excel and practice systems) Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Beneficial but not essential



Dental, orthodontic or healthcare experience Experience using CRM or patient management software
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
