Product Development Executive
to help bring exciting new products to life -- from first concept to final launch.
If you're passionate about food trends, thrive on teamwork, and love the idea of seeing a product you worked on land on shelves or menus, this is your chance to get stuck in and
make a real impact.
Working across the full product development journey, you'll support the Sales and NPD teams in launching innovative, high-quality food products that meet consumer cravings and commercial goals. You'll collaborate with experts across Marketing, R&D, Technical, Procurement, and Operations -- keeping things on track and driving ideas forward.
Key responsibilities include:
Innovation & Concept Development -
Lead all Co-Pack NPD projects from brief to launch, managing timelines and communicating progress via the Sales Project Tracker, working with the sales team, researching market trends, innovations and competitor products.
Launch Preparation & Coordination -
Liaise with Operations and Production to validate logistics, run test fills, and confirm costings and working with the Technical team to align product specifications and ensure all suppliers meet quality standards
Data & Process Support -
working with the business to keep on top of the project detail, and stay on time and work to deadlines, communicating across the business to keep everyone up to speed.
You're a detail-driven, food-loving problem-solver who's hungry to learn and excited by the fast pace of NPD. Whether you're just starting out or building on early experience, you're ready to take ownership, stay organised, and contribute big ideas.
You must have GCSE English and Maths, with experience ideally in new product development where possible. You must be confident in MS Office particularly excel and have brilliant written and spoken communication skills.
